Denver's 7 is a leader in forging significant partnerships to support the advancement and well-being of its community. For the second year in a row, Denver's 7 has sponsored the Goodwill Good Exchange for Change Clothing Swap & Fashion Show event, benefitting Goodwill’s career development programs.
The event features a repurposed fashion show of designs created by budding designers in Goodwill’s career development programs for at-risk youth. The young designers are critiqued and mentored by celebrity fashion designers. Plus, event-goers can participate in a clothing swap, where the overages are donated to Goodwill.
Goodwill relies on community support in order to provide tangible outcomes for struggling individuals in our community programs. For this, we choose to honor Denver's 7 as our partner of the month for its dedication to our mission.
In addition to its support of Goodwill, every month Denver's 7 proudly partners with an organization or cause that serves education or health initiatives in Denver. They proudly stand by the American Heart Association, Volunteers of America, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Colorado. They recognize more than 50 local community servants in their 7Everyday Hero campaign and are dedicated to mobilizing our community to be healthier, educated and active.
