Due to the success of its online books sales, Goodwill Industries of Denver is expanding its eCommerce division by selling unique, collectable items on eBay. This new venture will allow Goodwill to get even more value out of donated goods.
Proceeds from the sale of all donated items both online and in traditional Goodwill retail stores fund community programs that help at-risk youth, struggling adults and individuals with disabilities in metro Denver and Northern Colorado.
Recently Goodwill has received a number of rare collectable items which will be featured on its eBay page, including a book that appears to be signed by John F. Kennedy, a framed photo autographed by Teddy Roosevelt, and a football signed by a Denver Bronco’s team including legendary quarterback John Elway.
