Where does your money go?
When you donate cash to Goodwill, 100% of your donation goes directly to our programs that help reverse the cycle of poverty in Denver. Because Goodwill operates retail stores, it is able to cover it's own admintsrative costs and overhead expenses. Therefore, your entire cash donation goes directly to our youth career development programs. Goodwill's Youth Development programs impact 20,000 teenagers annually and employ career development teachers in 26 area high schools. The focus of this program is to assist teens in formulating a career path prior to graduation. Not only does this planning and preparation prepare teens for the workforce or post-secondary education, but it also motivates them to finish high school and reach for their dreams.

How we put your money to work:
$500 - supports a student in our intensive program for one year
$250 - supports a student in our intensive program for six months
$100 - provides a student with a mentor
