Home » Goodwill launches "Furniture Corner" in the Aurora Outlet |
As of the middle of July, Goodwill has expanded the furniture department in the Aurora Outlet. Known as the "Furniture Corner,” it is a section of the store that offers a wide variety of furniture items from couches to dressers to coffee tables at prices that are lower than Goodwill’s regular retail stores.
This “showroom” will give Goodwill the chance to repurpose even more furniture items in the coming years! Not to mention, shoppers will be able to check out lots of great items in a single location. According to Randy Dohne, Goodwill's VP of Operations, "In our market that has a very high rental occupancy rate and a lot of transitioning residents, the need for good used furniture is greater than ever. At Goodwill, we want to provide an outlet for those needs and also provide a place that allows you to shop in an home furnishings environment right within our store walls."
At Goodwill Outlet Worlds you’ll find electronics, toys, household items, clothing, books, furniture, collectibles and more at deep discounts. It’s Goodwill shoppers’ last chance to purchase goods that haven’t sold in our retail stores. Best of all, like our retail stores, proceeds from the sale of the items support community programs for at-risk youth, struggling adultsand individuals with disabilities.
