DENVER, Colo. – Legally blind ultrarunner, Jason Romero visited Goodwill Industries of Denver on Thursday, July 28 to speak to a group of individuals with disabilities. Romero hopes sharing his story will inspire those who face obstacles every day of their lives. Diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, Romero has his own set of obstacles. The degenerative condition will eventually leave him completely blind, but that hasn’t slowed him down. Romero became the first legally blind person to run across America last May!
